Consistent lead generation is essential for growing a consistent business. While lead generation comes in many forms(Referrals, your sphere, Prospecting expireds and FSBOs, door knocking,etc…), This workshop is going to deal with ways of growing your business using the internet. To do this you will need to develop strategies for creating landing pages, delivering them to your landing pages, and converting those leads to buyers. The next few weeks you will learn techniques and strategies that will develop leads and take no more than 20min/day! (*if you want this to be a substantial part of your business it will scale)
Week 1 – Landing Pages
Landing Pages is the essential foundation for any internet lead generation strategy implmented. The reason Landing pages are foundation for lead generation, is they are the tool that is used to gather important contact information of your consumers. this contact information then will be used to continually drip information, items of value or reasons to call them. Please keep in mind(and we will talk about this) these are internet leads and when communicating with this keep that in mind!
Although landing pages come in different formats, they all have a basic structure that remains the same.
- Strong Attention Grabing title
- Item of value
- Call to action
- Way for them to give you their information in return of the Item of Value
One of the values of Keller Williams is most of this has been done for you or is very simple to create these Landing pages.
WEEK 1 ASSIGNMENT
Create Landing pages-
- 1 Landing page in Eagantc website. this will be a speciality page(ie first time homebuyers, neighborhood info, city reports, investment books, etc)
- 3 community pages in eedge. this

Week 2 – Craigslist
Craigslist is probably still the quickest and easiest for internet lead generation. in the first week we created several landing pages(3 community pages and 1 landing page). now in the second week we will create ads for these landing pages. to do this we will need
- to create usuable and repeatable URL’s that you can place in your add quickly

Week 3 – Facebook
Week 3 brings us tools to lead generate from your facebook business page. Facebook is a great tool for internet marketing, but like anything else you need a plan, what are focusing on, what are you giving your consumers, and how will you convert them. Week 4- Conversion
Now that we are getting leads we need to know how to convert them! This week we will learn about characteristics of an online lead. We will be talking about how baby boomers, gen x, gen y and gen z behave on the internet. Are they Loyal, who they are loyal to, and how to intereact with them while on the internet. Think of being an internet slueth, find ways of giving value to them that will want them to continue returning and asking for more. think Items of Value. think great information, think of ways that you are first of mind and then build for it.
Week 5 – Thinking like a consumer
When converting future customers it is a great idea to understand what they are doing and why they are doing it. This week is about discovery, here you will spend time exploring the internet world and thinking about why websites are successful, why certain ads are successful and why people pick these particular items. So please take roughly 60 minutes of this week and go through Week 5 and be ready to discuss!!!!!!!!!
